Leadership Coaching Solutions was founded on a simple belief: the Gulf deserved locally rooted expertise, not generic solutions delivered from abroad.
Since 1999, we have built a team of Certified Coaches & Consultants who understand the region, its culture, and its business reality.
Today, we are the official LHH affiliate across eight countries in the GCC and hold 75% of the Career Transition market in the Gulf. But what we are most proud of is something that no statistic can fully capture: the trust of the leaders, HR teams, and organisations who keep coming back.
